Every app/email setting shows the username for user management, except when adding a new app, there it shows the Full name/Display name

Topic says it all, the only place where not the username is shown to select users for accessing an app or email accounts is during the installation of a new app - it shows the Display/Full name instead (also in the profile it says "Display name" and in the users setting it says "Full name", could be unified to throw out one of those strings).

Hello @msbt
If I remember correctly this was a decision made to help instead of confuse.
Since the username can be a cryptic string and the display name is mostly a human-readable entry the idea was that when configuring trivial things to use the display name and when configuring something with more importance the unique username is used.
In the sense of installing a new app and selecting users you commonly go by names you know.
"Only James Smith should have access to this app" but when "James Smith" username is "DoNotReadMyUsername" you have no idea who that is.
But display names are not unique, so there could be 2x "James Smith".So what is the correct choice to display. Should we just unify and also display usernames and not display names?
