ENiGMA½ is a modern BBS software with a nostalgic flair!
~ Project's ReadmeThis is a modern BBS (Bulletin Board System) Running in NodeJS. It's flat-file as far as I can tell. Essentially a blast from the past with the ability to do:
- Doors
- File management (Upload/download)
- Forums
- News
- node-to-node Messaging
- Multi-relay chat
It's super cool! The theme I admit is a bit "h4x0r" but this can be easily modified to be more sophisticated.
Why would cloudron want this? I can't see this being used in a corporate setting, but enigma opens another avenue of communication which is secure (so long as you are not using telnet!).

Wow, cool. This is how I started all on the ONLINE venture a few years before the Internet got public. Building and running BBSs among other things. "Renegade BBS Shareware Package". Anyone remember the Shareware model?
