Any way to get a keyboard shortcut for `Submit` in NodeBB?

Try to stick to the keyboard where poss and almost every app I use supports ctrl/cmd-Enter as the shortcut, and I do it every time here from habit.

Trivial request really - but you know, just noting for the record

cmd-Enter - Doh!

click Submit
