          It's disabling debug logs (not access logs). Also, for new installation, I disabled editing files via the WP Admin by default. You can of course always enable it by editing the wp-config file.

              Wouldn't the debug logs be a perfect fit to add to the realtime logs on the Cloudron app or do your internal logs already log the same things?

                  I'm gonna look into this to get a definitive answer on if WP-DEBUG errors get piped to Cloudron's logs (which would be super useful). I'll post back guys (and if it doesn't, I'll see if I can make it do so and share the code).
