I seem to remember looking into this one a while ago, can't remember why I didn't progress anything with it, most likely just due to the sheer investment we have in Woocommerce.
I see Bagisto as more of interest for developers preferring that framework than as a popular solution for your average Cloudroner, to which I'd recommend Woo or Odoo if we can get that packaged.
