use of webrtc plugin causes rate limiting & disconnects

There's a great video plugin that lets one video chat while collaboratively editing a document as seen here:
https://video.etherpad.com/Installing the webrtc plugin works well in all major browsers but is not usable only in Cloudron seemingly because of a rate limit setting.
Can we get that corrected?

I've just discovered this (and all the other!) plugins, gonna have a play!
I discovered them via docs.plus which appears to be an awesome fork of Etherpad-Lite with a load of plugins plus some added UI/ UX improvements
