Cal.com (was Calendso) - Calendly Alternative

@thetomester13 Nice find!
You can kinda sorta do this with Easy Appointments too but I agree that isn't really a nice simple replacement for Calendly and this does look like that!
I'm also going to try out the Appointments app on Nextcloud because it can check all the calendars in Nextcloud for clashes, which is nice.
-
I'd love to see this added as an app - it looks great!
-
@olearycrew I agree this looks great, but I personally would be skeptical of packaging it for Cloudron until it at least supports any CalDAV calendar which seems as if it's not the highest priority for the dev team right now
-
Looks like docker support isn't quite ready either: https://github.com/calendso/calendso/pull/7
but it looks fantastic nonetheless. -
Great open source alternative to Calendly. Please add it to Cloudron!
-
@jdaviescoates EasyAppointments is nice, I have deployed it off-cloudron before, but users/suppliers say they hate it, and it's definitely not Easy from their perspective.
So I agree something other than that would be good to see.
-
@thetomester13 Just my 2p but I don't see the point of it if only supports Google and Outlook Calendar. Hopefully that will change if they are able to add others.
-
@timconsidine other things like CalDav are on the roadmap, just further down the list. Upvote CalDav etc related posts here https://github.com/calendso/calendso/discussions/62
-
Nice post @timconsidine
They are now saying we can "expect support within the next 3 weeks"!
-
@jdaviescoates I tried to be polite but clear
Yes, good news ! -
Calendso now has CalDAV integration, making imho the best option for a self-hosted calendly alternative

It'd be great to get this packaged!
-
@jdaviescoates just seen an email that CalDav is now available. You've probably got that also. But others may want to know.
-
@jdaviescoates ha ! beat me to it !
-
@timconsidine ha, same! I came running to see whether cloudron will support this soon
-
@chetbaker yes hopefully one of the @staff or @appdev lot will package this soon!
I know @girish uses Calendly so perhaps he'd be interested in using this great self-hosted tool instead?

Oh, just noticed that they've rebranded to Cal.com and released version 1 too, see:
