    For some reason cloudron instance lost account and is constantly reconnecting with red bar across top that states "Cloudron is Offline. Reconecting..." This has been going on for several days even after firing up backups droplets.

      Can you SSH into the server and check /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log ? Also run cloudron-support script to get basic system information.

        @garyhost did you get this sorted out ? I guess the box code is/was down. You can figure using systemctl status box. And if it is indeed down, please check /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log. You can also check if you have enough disk space because this is a common source of the box code being down.
