Sounds like a cool app. I'm provisioning it on Heroku as I type!
I was half-expecting though to see headdresses on the homepage, or phrases like "pow wow", based on the name. Thankfully, I suppose being NL-based, they weren't appropriating what they think is First Nations culture. I get so tired of that.
It still is a slightly odd phrasing though. I'm going to write them and ask about it.

@scooke Or Chief, as in Chief Executive and other C-Suite titles.
@marcusquinn True, but usually that appears just as the acronym., CEO CFO. It just looks a little weird. Even ChiefOnboarder would sound better, if they intended it to be like CEO, CFO. Anyways, its nothing serious. I'm trying their Heroku deploy, but it ain't working. Something wrong with the SSL setup. Oh well. It sounds like a good idea.
