Can't add a new website
-
I've setup matomo and want to track a new site, but even though I'm logged in my main cloudron user, I can not Add a Website in Settings -> Measurables.
The only site which it allows me to track is the one which is already set up, example.com.
Anyone see where I'm going wrong?
TIA.

@eddowding Are you able to show or explain what you're currently seeing then? Is the option to add a new website to Matomo greyed out for example? Is it just not loading at all as a page? It may be helpful to offer some screenshots or something showing the issue, or better yet a video / screen recording of it. You may also want to check your Matomo app logs to determine if it's logging some errors in there that may be helpful.

@eddowding have you tried to login with the pre-setup admin account and then grant your cloudron user admin permissions?
The default credentials are:
Username: admin
Password: changeme
Email: admin@cloudron.local -
@eddowding usually when you install an app and then click on the app grid icon of the installed app the first time, it shows a dialog with those details, which you have to explicitly acknowledge.
