Solved Help Cloudron offline

cannot connect to my management portal. (says offline reconnecting, though sites are online) did not change anything also cannot log in to my cloudron.io account. Anyone any suggestions. ?

@dimitrigeelen can you run cloudron-support via SSH on your server and see if you can spot anything in the resulting pastebin? If not, you can also then send the pastebin link to support@cloudron.io

@nebulon Hi, I almost forgot that I have a VPS running under Cloudron :). tried logging in but my passwd does not work anymore I am using netcup and they had some issues recently maybe its related. Have requested their support will come back once I can login again.

@nebulon got that solved, SSH'ed in, and seems the old "/" is full problem is the cause though haven't figured out to solve it yet ;(

@dimitrigeelen once you have freed up some space, go through the checklist at https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#recovery-after-disk-full in case you hit some issues.

Hi thanx you for checking in. No but stretch for time. I managed to log in but trying to figure out what to delete. the cloudron structure is a bit different from what I know. any pointers what to delete (it manually deleted the old kernel and did the commend suggested in the faq)

UPDATE: Finally found the culprit the was a huge backup file in /var/backups/snapshot#

Did the internal DNS restart steps, restarted docker and my sites are working again. Still having trouble accessing the cloudron admin page, complaint about certificates etc. will wait and see if this resolves itself.

UPDATE: /home/yellowtent/box/setup/start.sh did the trick cloudron dashboard also available again
