what is best if I add new language file ?

I try to add new translated country language file or change word.
but, all app's language folder is readonly. (/app/code/... ex. /app/code/i18n)
would you any comment what is best ?Best Regards,
@freetommy you should contribute the change upstream - https://github.com/PrivateBin/PrivateBin . The files are at https://github.com/PrivateBin/PrivateBin/tree/master/i18n . When your change gets merged, it will automatically makes it way to the Cloudron package.

@freetommy https://github.com/PrivateBin/PrivateBin/wiki/Translation says they use crowdin. So, you can use that interface to help translate.
