E-Mail Address emptied on login

When a user logs onto the PHP Server Monitor, his E-Mail address is emptied in PHP Server Monitor. This is obviously bad, because no more notifications can be sent by PHP Server Monitor.

Steps to reproduce:

• Log onto PHP server monitor
• Go to user profile (to right corner)
• Fill in E-Mail address
• Log out
• Log back in with the same user
• Go to user profile
  -> E-Mail address is empty

We are using an external LDAP for Cloudron users. But in Cloudron the E-Mail adresses are all present.

@plan-a I can reproduce this. Looks like the LDAP adapter does not detect or find the email set in the user directory and thus wipes it.

Also there seems to be another bug where unless the LDAP settings are saved once as an admin, logging into the app as a non-admin will result in a blank page with status code 200

Clearly still unstable this app package.

@plan-a The same applies for other settings, such as Webhook URL and message. They are emptied when logging in again.
