Unable to install 2nd app - Requires paid subscription even though I removed one of my 2 already.

Same as topic name. Unable to add a second app on my server even though I removed the WP instance I had (second app). Is there anyway to fix this?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
