Created but not activated users show up as empty in user management when installing an app

Instead of the email-address (which is shown afterwards in the Access Control tab of an app), it only shows empty fields during the installation process - which could be a bit tricky if there are more than one invited but not activated user

@msbt thanks for the report. This is fixed now, but will only make it into the next release or patch release.
