One of our customers reported that their domain got blacklisted by Google and it was showing the below:

    4c0b7188-e9dc-497e-83e7-84112feb6395-image.png

Assuming a honest user :-), mostly this happens when a (sub)domain is pointing to a stale IP address. This IP address got assigned to someone else and that someone used it to host a phishing website. This then results in the domain and all it's subdomains getting blocked by both Firefox and Google. The browsers share the same reports database from https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search

    To fix:

    • Find the bad content using https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search
    • Once fixed, request a review

@ApplegateR Have you tried https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/security-issues ? I think you request a review inside it.

I am not 100% sure why some sites end up in the unsafe list. Did your domain expire for a short time and maybe some parking page was there for a while? Also, I see that your domain comes up in first page of Google Search (https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/eodhqp/release_sileo_remover_and_my_repo_is_up/) and the links there are broken now. Maybe google penalizes all this, I am not sure.
