I'm trying to login to my cloudron and seem to be having trouble with my 2FA token. It's been more than a month since I've last tried to login to the admin console and I'm not sure what's going on nor how to debug it.

    • Trying to login with my username and password doesn't work, whether or not I use my 2FA auth code.
    • I can SSH into the server and the time matches both my local computer and the clock on my 2FA device.
    • Attempting to reset the password gives a totp error.
    • Apps running on the server seem fine but none of them are configured to use 2FA.

Do you have any advice on how to debug or fix this? Even just being to temporarily disable 2FA from the command line would be a boon.

@rohit507 Use https://docs.cloudron.io/user-management/#password-reset-ssh to create a one time password to login. Once you logged in, you can disable the 2FA and re-set it up.
