Search typing issue - page get refresh while typing

Facing typing issue in search bar while typing. whenever i type few characters come and go

example if i type abcdefgh. it shows only abcdfg. e and h miss while page refresshing

To Reproduce
It happens only in cloudron deployments

@Jeyakumarrathnaselvi I guess you opened this as https://github.com/directus/directus/issues/13260 . We have to see what the upstream says. Do you see this issue in their cloud deployment also?

@girish With their cloud instance it works fine. It happens with cloudron deployment
