Recently I've been having trouble with matrix and element, it saying that the homeserver could not found. Now, after switching dns providers to linode, i can't even access cloudron, it says "offline, reconnecting". I updated the DNS record on linode shortly after, and then it shows a "server not found" warning.

@hustler Update: DNS error no longer present, however it still says "Offline, reconnecting". I already added th IP to the /etc/hosts file

Adding the IP to the hosts file should not be necessary. Can you check if you can resolve the domain correctly from the system you are running the dashboard?

Further check if systemctl status box is reporting a running state on your Cloudron.
