Superset Filter - does it rerun the query from the datasets, or there's a cache process?

Hi, I would like to understand about filter usage in Superset.
Does it rerun the query every time we change the filter?
Or it only filter from the latest refreshed dataset?
Please advise.Thanks.

@edo_limbat I assume this is some question about Apache Superset ? You have to ask this question on their channels - https://github.com/apache/superset#get-involved . This is the Cloudron forum, which is a product that helps in selfhosting apps.
