    • WebDav support
    • Ability to share files with a group (as defined in Cloudron)

I'll add more to this list if I think of anything.

Webdav support is already on the list of planed features so another request might not be necessary.

The LDAP group permission feature is really handy (love it in Nextcloud) and I would wish to use it at other apps (Bookstack?) as well.

Actually webdav is already supported to some extent. The URL to be used is davs://<username>@<cubbydomain>/webdav

Currently it only shows the users's own files, not stuff which is shared with that user. So I might have to add another level in webdav in the future where the mount would start with virtual folders like "home" and "shared with you" or something like this. If anyone has an idea for how these virtual folders should be named, please let me know.

As mentioned, the webdav support is already there. Regarding the group support, currently there is no concept of groups in cubby at all, so I will mark this as solved for the moment as there is no intention to add some kind of group system so far.

            Good morning,
Is there more extensive documentation regarding the WebDAV usage?
I've tried it but get a NOT FOUND error.
Also how would authentication work when we have SSO enabled?
In Nextcloud we created access keys, is ther something similar for Cubby?

            Thank you

The webdav endpoint for a user is <cubbyDomain>/webdav/<username> and the credentials would be the username and the user's password, or with Cloudron 10 then an app specific password as the better option. Note that 2fa or passkey is not supported so you might need Cloudron 10 for a special route we added to bypass that for webdav, hence the better option for the app password. Unfortunately webdav has no proper way with SSO for the moment.

Thank you, I don't have the NOT FOUND error anymore.

Can you consider adding a way to create application credentials like in Nextcloud?

It would be a simple menu that allows to create credentials (login + password) that can authenticate against Cubby.
Plus a way to revoke created credentials.

This would allow to have an SSO-based installation and connect via WebDAV or rclone.

                Thank you

Does this mean you wouldn't integrate it within Cubby?
I use Cubby outside of Cloudron so I cannot use app passwords

ah I see, well we really only develop cubby for Cloudron, so there will be likely even more than less dependency on platform features in the future. So yes we don't really have much intention to duplicate features within the app which already exist in the platform.
