Force e2e encryption on all rooms in Matrix Element

Hi, this regards Matri Element and Synapse server. Is it possible to force e2e encryption on all rooms? It is possible to turn on e2ee as default. I want it to be forced so no one can have rooms without encryption.

This is not configurable afaict. Maybe you can the upstream project at #synapse:matrix.org, #riot-web:matrix.org and/or open a github issue.
