    is the LAMP package the right tool for having „just a webhosting“ on the Cloudron server, if I want to run a PHP application that is not part of the Cloudron App Store itself?

      @jayonrails yes, correct.

      If you want to host a static site (no php, just html/case/js), choose the surfer app.
