Cloudron.io not letting me login in.

I can't login into my cloudron.io account nor will it reset my password.

Let's just make sure where you're attempting to log into.. your VPS where you installed cloudron at your domain.com and manage apps, or your cloudron.io account to manage your subscription only?

The root cause for this was that the email address used was marked as inactive by postmark (which is our transactional email provider for cloudron.io). This can happen if at some point in the past, mails bounced. I have reactivated the email address in question now and also added a notification for us, so we can manually act on this in the future.
