default plugins not available

According to the YOURLS manual there should be a couple of default plugins available.
In the app package I see them in
/app/code/user.orig/pluginsbut not in the app itself.How can I activate at least
random-shorturls? -

@girish thanks, they are now available and the ‘random short URL’ does work as expected!

Yeah! I wasn't missing this as I wasn't aware it existed, but having both random and hyphenated short links now available is awesome, thanks!
