    After setup it redirects to the dashboard page but firefox keeps saying "unable to connect" no matter how much i try. DNS records are setup btw.

      can you test from your laptop/pc if the domain resolves to the correct IP ?

        i did a dns lookup and both the bare domain and the subdomain (my.) point to the correct IP. idk what to do else

          what is the exact error you are seeing in the browser? Have you tried other browsers? Also you can send a mail to support@cloudron.io stating your expected IP and the domain, then we can check from here.
