Filemanager doesn't preserve executable permissions

If one edits an executable shell script for example, the resulting file saved is no longer executable.

also can't seem to delete symlinks in FM

The symlink deletion is already fixed with https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/box/-/commit/d74993f6acbcc81480fbdb580a02dad94d85b0de and will be part of next release. Until that the webterminal has to be used.
