error in log file

I found some serious issues in a new install of YOURLS (on Cloudron 7.5) but after long research it seems because of the bugs in Filemanager not keeping/getting the right permissions.
However there is still one error appearing all the time, also on another Cloudron (not 7.5):
Jul 29 11:46:12 [Sat Jul 29 09:46:12.258209 2023] [core:error] [pid 2924] [client 172.18.0.1:48026] AH00037: Symbolic link not allowed or link target not accessible: /app/code/index.php
So I think there is still something to repair? The instances do work!

How can I reproduce this? What is the serious issue?

Maybe you installed some plugin?

@girish sorry for the too short description, here is step by step what I did and what happened.
A few months ago I did a "migration" from KUTT to YOURLS on Cloudron #1 with the following steps:
- Installed YOURLS at subdomain2 and configured it like I want (added 3 extra plugins fix-youtube-titles, qr-code and yours-favicon)
- Manually copy-pasted the about 20 long- and short-URLS from KUTT to YOURLS
- Changed location of KUTT to subdomain3
- Changed location of YOURLS to subdomain
Result, with almost zero downtime, was that everything worked as expected and does so since months.
Yesterday I wanted to do the same trick at Cloudron #2 (7.5). I repeated all the steps and before changing locations everything seems to work as expected. After changing the locations the YOURLS resulted in a "server not available"! I tried restarting, changing locations back and forth, nothing helped until I noticed more than one kind of the earlier mentioned error.
Then I compared the file/folder permissions of the app/data/ between Cloudron #1 and #2 and noticed differences in permissions. I tried to get them the same and as soon as I did the first one "index.html" YOURLS was up again. Then I changed as much as I could see was wrong. And then noticed still one error (see first post) but also noticed it was in the logs of Cloudron #1.So something between 7.5 and < 7.5 is changed that led to this not so smooth "migration" compared to the first one. And second there is something "wrong" with one permission that leads to this one error on both Cloudrons.

@necrevistonnezr I’m not sure, I solved it by opening the file in the (new) Filemanager just add one letter in a comment line and save it again.
