Ahh, looks like my cloudron install itself was outdated. I'm going through all the versions now and I expect that will solve it. Lot more than just 7.7.1 to go!

From a quick root, postgres requires pgvector which Cloudron's postgres already has.

It's out now.

@psifertex iirc, I think that changed happenned from 1.x to 2.x .
