@niccokunzmann said in Unable to change skin:

The calendar does not remember any data. Data is stored in the link to the calendar.

@niccokunzmann can you put these two exact sentences somewhere in the docs? I'd vote right in front on the Getting Started page.

Maybe I'm just a moron but this wasn't immediately obvious to me, it wasn't till i cloned the repo locally to look over it that i figured it out.

I also have encountered this issue, to the point I've disabled auto billing bc I couldn't find any other way to make it stop.

  • Restoring Nextcloud Backup: "External Error: unable to chmod: ENOENT: no such file or directory"
    S sock_check_foo

I'm having problems restoring a Nextcloud install.

From the logs, it looks like my server ran out of memory running backups a few nights ago using rsync method.

When cloudron updated versions to 6.36 i ssh'd to the machine and rebooted manually since the reboot button in the dashboard wasn't working. I'd seen the backup/memory errors but thought nothing of it, I'd just increase the machine's power later.

Since rebooting, I haven't been able to get into my nextcloud install. Visiting its domain gives me the vanilla Nextcloud login page as if it were a fresh install.

Restoring from backups doesn't work either, I've tried restoring from a previous 4 backups from when it was working that are saved externally, and each time I get the error:

An error occurred during the restore operation: External Error: unable to chmod: ENOENT: no such file or directory, chmod '/home/yellowtent/appsdata/fcc75854-dac9-4155-8540-0658c64029e0/data/appdata_oc55aync5e49/spacedeck/spacedeck.nexe.bin'

I've tried creating a file with that name manually as its restoring from a backup, but no luck.

I've tried cloning from a working backup and get the same error. I'm not able to stop or pause the container to do a recovery either, the only option from the dashboard available is Retry Task.

I'm kind of at a loss what to try next. Anybody face a similar issue? Have any luck fixing it?

For the record, i have auto-updates turned off for Nextcloud, i check these forums before updating just in case.

Its version is Nextcloud 21.0.3 and cloudron app version com.nextcloud.cloudronapp@4.9.2
