@chap @nebulon My guess is this is due to the location of the .env file right now. It should be at /app/code/.env.

This also means env variable set using .env were not taking effect. Have there been users reporting issues related to that ?

@nebulon @girish IMAP is not supported yet but it's being worked on at the moment. The email inbox setup is needed only if the user wishes to use email via Chatwoot. Regular notifications and other transactional email alerts should work with the basic SMTP setup.

BASE_URL is from the FRONTEND_URL env variable you set in .env file. Please update the .env file FRONTEND_URL value to be your Cloudron chatwoot app URL.

Yes you are right. Please use the HTTPS one without specfiying port.
