screego/server In the past I’ve had some problems sharing my screen with coworkers using corporate chatting solutions like Microsoft Teams. I wanted to show them some of my code, but either the stream lagged several seconds behind or the quality was so poor that my colleagues couldn’t read the code. Or both. That’s why I created screego. It allows you to share your screen with good quality and low latency. Screego is an addition to existing software and only helps to share your screen. Nothing else (:. Features Multi User Screenshare Secure transfer via WebRTC Low latency / High resolution Simple Install via Docker / single binary Integrated TURN Server see NAT Traversal

Nice. Even though I upvoted this as another nice thing to have, at first I was mostly like meh, we've already got Rocket.Chat Omnichannel (previously known as Live Chat). But this seems like the same thing but easy to have anywhere...(not just on WordPress, although I guess probably possible to have Rocket.Chat Omnichannel elsewhere too, but I'm not sure how) But the really cool bit is the co-browsing so you can see what your users are seeing. Very helpful indeed. Here is a very short video demo:

@seeker no I don't do any highlighting. I just take notes in the Nextcloud Text app (but it do it locally just using gedit)

@atrilahiji nice. I know people who use https://easyretro.io/ too (previously Fun Retro) who might be tempted to switch to something like Retrospected if they could self-host...

@robi I feel like I uploaded myself to the internet a long time ago. Search for the perfect app suite to share with the world, then I can retire and watch the fruits of my scatterings across the interweb. The irony is I only wanted to design websites, but ended up having to find a solution for everything else in biz, and then better ones because the whole SaaS industry got greedy and nosey!

@robi +1 - I use Zeronet as well. It's pretty good if you can sift out the cruft.

@necrevistonnezr Well, the file-system is a database. I don't use things like pocket, so probably not the best at comparing these things. I tend to focus on just a lot of bookmarking and then taking notes into Ulysses for any info I want to use for something else, both are searchable. I get the interest in this sort of app, so I'm just suggesting an alternate way that might just negate the need for another app to maintain.

@robi Cool, ark.io looks nice, I'd love to get more time for blockchain stuff but for now I have bitten off about 6 epic projects at once so it'll have to be once they mature a bit.
