I've just done the reboot of the server from the notifications hub of cloudron. But since then, all links are unreachable. In the HTOP the apps seems to be running normally. But they are all unreachable from the internet (same as the my.).

And now in SSH i have Connexion refused.

I deactivated the firewall, but nothing to do. I still can't access SSH and web pages.

Did the IP address maybe change for some reason? Do you have some other way like a virtual terminal provided by your server provider to access the system?

Then I would suggest to first try to get SSH working again to rule out anything Cloudron specific

I am confused. How can you run htop but have no ssh connection ?

If you can ssh, I would run cloudron-support --troubleshoot

Firstly, the web interface stopped working after the reboot of the server for ubuntu update via the clourdron button in the notification field. Then I went on HTOP because SSH was working then. And after, the SSH wasn't working anymore.

This sounds like something is off with the server connectivity. SSH itself is just just ssh from stock Ubuntu, so that should work regardless of Cloudron components. Maybe you have to contact OVH then

It seems to them, the server did not restarted correctly after the update.. I'll try to reinstall the server from scratch. But i sincerely hope everything is gonna work because every data of our company is on this instance. And we have another storage volume mounted on this server.

Reinstalled from a backup. I lost a few apps but the critical one are back with all data. This post can be closed. Thank you all for fast replies.
