not recieving Registration and Password reset emails

Hi,
I'm new to cloudron. As my title says, I cant recieve emails and I need to reset my password. I've check my spam folder and nothing has turned up. I've confirmed the email address is working. Strangely enough, the confirmation email to register to this site did work. Could someone from the support team please check what is going on.

Just to double check , you are referring to the email from your Cloudron dashboard at

, right ? (i.e not some email from cloudron.io) .- Cloudron is entirely selfhosted. So, for

, email is sent from your server (and not via our servers). It's quite common that your VPS provider blocks this.
