Kresus is a free & libre personal management software which runs on your server. It automatically retrieves every day all your new bank transactions and lets you categorize them, study them through charts and establish a budget.

      Nice!

If you package this and one of n8n, Stackstorm, DataFire or Beehive then we can write the ETL for piping the data from Kresus to Invoice Ninja, Firefly III, Odoo, ERPNext etc. I love a good dataflow automation challenge!

        Worth adding the demo link:

And for interest, I currently use TillerHQ or Xero as a bridge for this sort of thing, with Integromat for the ETL to other apps:

          • https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1c2wcnL2sI-g34mCvUUfmTVMah9gxhhi-OXmw5orZsNA/edit#gid=4932608

Although not self-hosted FOSS, so not ideal, but it works pretty well with the widest range of banks I could find and need.

They all seem to use Plaid or Yodlee for some or all integrations:

Honestly though, I think we're still missing a trick without Odoo in the Cloudron App Store still. Probably the most FOSS coverage of many business areas that I know of, including automated banking imports:

          • https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/12.0/plaid_ept/
          • https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/12.0/account_bank_statement_import_online_transferwise/

Akaunting offers some automated import options but would still work best with all the options that Xero can bring as a bridge:

            Hello,

There is a new release of Kresus (since april 2021).
Kresus now requires Python 3 and Woob 3.0 (latest stable version) at least to work.

I would love to know if it's possible to include it as an Cloudron app?
