[Bug Report] No warning for duplicate app password

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Profile
2. App Passwords section
3. Click on Add
4. Add a password using the same name and choose the same app as you already have

Expected behaviour:
A warning appears informing about the duplicate

Actual behaviour:
Nothing happens when I try to create that app password

The text is just a label. It is not required to be unique. I guess once you detect it is conflicting, you have to rename the label to something else. Probably using creation date to differentiate.

Well, I should have tried it before replying. I can reproduce the problem The problem is the dialog just stays open and does nothing.
