[Bug Report] No warning for duplicate app password

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Profile
- App Passwords section
- Click on Add
- Add a password using the same name and choose the same app as you already have
Expected behaviour:
A warning appears informing about the duplicateActual behaviour:
Nothing happens when I try to create that app password -
