Dear I had a look on Mautic website but is not clear what is product for... I need only to RSs to email news daily to some subscribers... I don't know if it feets for my needs..

but it does not support RSS To Email feature as Mailchimp does (sending email at certain time, day of week/month).

You can send newsletters based on an easy feed with mailtrain. Or do you expect to send existing feed entries based on a time pattern?
