Add Update Available to new States filter in My Apps

It'd be nice if Update Available were added to this nice new filter:

I like this. Subtle, out of the way, but useful.

I'd still like to see an At-a-Glance status in the Admin dashboard that looks something like this:

[ A53 | R52 | S1 | N0 | U2 ]
A = All | Apps (gray)
R = Running (green)
S = Stopped (brown)
N = Not Responding | Dead | Errored (red)
U = Upgrade available (orange)
