No output for "delivered" search term

it's not possible to search for all 'delivered' or 'connection', but it IS possible to search for 'queued'
Hmm, yeah, that’s def beyond me (I am staying away from base Cloudron code...for now). Probably some conditional / expression was written in a weird way to exclude it.
This seems more like a bug, thanks for reporting. I opened https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/box/-/issues/740 . Will move it to support section as well.
