Cannot clone WordPress app, get error: "Addons Error: Error restoring mysql: read ECONNRESET"

@girish Can you help me in sharing the dump of my DB. Then I can take it forward from there. You can email the dump to my email ID bytzoinc@gmail.com
-
@arungurume Sure, the db dumps are already on the server at
/home/yellowtent/appsdata/960eac77-c5cb-41d4-a368-56bf4e25828d/mysqldump
. I narrowed down the issue to woocommerce plugin. Which is kind of a bummer because that is the essence of the site -
@arungurume I am out of ideas. I think the best bet is to build the website step by step again to understand what is causing the crash inside woocommerce. Alternately, maybe you can ask if the woocommerce guys know about this. I suspect you will hit the same crash with PHP 7.4 on Ubuntu 20 . May I ask what version this website was developed against? Or was this developed inside Cloudron from the start?

Restoring one by one plugin, products and the files to m.allgrocery.ca.

Since this is from cloning, can you also reproduce this when simply relocating the app to a different subdomain/domain ? I wonder if there the location is somewhat conflicting with db values or config files, causing issue?
no cloning did not work so, I have to install one by one. Would be great if you guys can offer me the option to clone and check, Currently the app m. im using to build from scratch and with the free plan I cannot have more than two apps.
-
@arungurume after restoring the right version you can remove the option for the third app. It would be really helpful.
-
@arungurume I've put your Cloudron temporarily in a free license so you can better debug this.
-
@nebulon Hi Nebulon, it's already a free license in which I'm able to have two apps at a time. Now that because of this issue. I completely recreated the whole site from scratch. But to debug the existing one and clone the option is not there. As free version has already occupied two apps.

@arungurume I think what nebulon meant is he put you on a premium plan with no charge until the issue is sorted out (and not the existing free plan).
