    The standard links are are looong and don't fit nicely into eg email, SMS, chat message
    I understand they should be secure and need the token etc.
    Could they be shortened within Cubby ?
    Of course I can (and aleady do) use Kutt or yr.link.
    But that's a long winded process. Would be nice for the copied link so they appear in more compact form.

      that's a feature request to add integration to a self-hosted shortening service.

        Yes I think this is a great idea, the token currently is anways wrong but makes it work for now. I haven't really invested any time in the externally sharing area, so I think it makes a lot of sense to have a short share URL acting as a token already.

          @nebulon Great. Not urgent though !
          In my experience (meaning the way I generally work), external sharing is equally important & frequent as internal.
          But if Cubby is positioned as internal tool, that's fine. Just need to know.
          Cubby is great BTW !
