@marcusquinn we already have (the fairly basic but pretty nice) FilePizza app for doing transfers. I'd also like Firefox Send

Firefox Send is offline. https://www.zdnet.com/article/mozilla-suspends-firefox-send-service-while-it-addresses-malware-abuse/

Just found this one on Product Hunt. They seem to offer the platform as SaaS just recently.
I don't think it's meant to be an alternative to FilePizza but rather an alternative to Google Drive, Dropbox etc. They also provide a Docker Image: https://github.com/linagora/linshare-docker

This is a nice suggestion, but I found it to be a bit overpowered for most cases. Instead of uploading a file and being provided a link to share, as far as I could see you had to have some recipients already registered and know their email.
This one looks nice, but they haven't yet made all the software Free: https://wormhole.app/
It allows you to send by email or a link, currently they let it remain available only for 24 hours:

that's how Jirafeau (that we've already got on Cloudron) works
