Notifications/alerts for configurable errors or codes to be proactive on issues

Would love to see the ability to have Cloudron directly email the admin if there is suddenly multiple items within a short timeframe for various custom triggers.
One such example I recently came across, ran into an issue after migrating servers where Microsoft isn't playing nicely with email sent to them, and it would have been great if I could be proactively notified instead of hearing from a customer first. Errors from Microsoft including things like
550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [<IPAddress>] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [VI1EUR05FT060.eop-eur05.prod.protection.outlook.com]"
would have been great to get an alert from with some customized rules (i.e. more than 3 occurrences in a 24 hour period, for example). In this example, Cloudron isn't reporting any blacklist issues because my IP is clean and not on any public blocklists, but is at Microsoft specifically unfortunately (according to their responses anyways).Of course I know we're supposed to monitor things ourselves too, but we can't be everywhere at once, so it'd be great if Cloudron could sort of help out admins by allowing for customized notifications when certain errors are reported in the various log files so we can be even more proactive.

@d19dotca I'm excited by the potential for https://ntfy.sh.
Maybe a cloudron official instance which sets up channels for all customers, so cloudron-generated notifications can be delivered to a customer.
Or maybe there's a better way. I just think ntfy.sh is so easy to implement into scripts.
