Trying to setup Cloudron for the first time using this article: https://cloudron.io/blog/2018-04-13-home-server.html.
Installed Bionic, Cloudron, then tried going to https://<IP> (where IP is my public IP), and that won't open. I've forwarded the ports and, seeing how I can't access the public IP even from my phone using data, I don't think it's a loopback problem.
I can see the domain welcome screen if I go to https://<private IP for the server>, and I've tried setting it up from there, it seems to go fine initially, but after https://<private IP for the server>/setupdns.html it can't load the page.
    Any help would be appreciated.

      Hi and welcome!

Just to make sure, do you have a public ipv4 which is dedicated to your home? Some ISPs only give out ipv6 and have the ipv4 shared across many customers. In such a setup Cloudron would not be able to work unfortunately.
Second which ports have you forwarded?

I'm not sure about the first one. If I go to canyouseeme.org it shows an ipv4 address. It also doesn't start with 192.168 and isn't in any of these ranges:
        10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
        172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
        192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
But my individual device IPs are 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.4 etc. Does that mean I have a public or a private ipv4? My ISP is Spectrum.

        I forwarded 80 and 443.

@cloudron_account Are you able to join our chat at https://chat.cloudron.io and ping @girish or @nebulon there? Since, this seems to be mostly networking related, it helps to speak directly.
