Can you explain a bit more about this since I don't know Directus all that well. Does Directus have it's own LDAP service/server built-in ?
The Metabase auth information comes from environment variables in the package, they cannot be changed. You can install the app with Cloudron user management disabled and those values should be editable (you have to re-install the app).
