      I keep on getting error message crashed as it ran out of memory when trying to restore my wordpress backup that only takes 600 MB backup/restoration size

      I checked the memory usage monitoring but said memory usage only 20% from total available memory

      Can anyone help me on this?

        Quite often apps seem to need a lot more RAM during a restore than once they are up and running.

        In the first instance I'd just try temporarily allocating more memory, then restore, then reduce memory allocation again.

        I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

            For my case i think the problem is not solely on increasing memory, my case is the server is different provider than the backup as i use AWS S3 for backup, eventhough my server provider is in the same region with AWS i think the problem if the file is quite large enough, more than 250 MB, i have to get through another method to restore the backup

            Eventually I use rclone and mount the remote object storage as filesystem in the cloudron and made it successfully

            Frankly i did not experience this with previous version 7.4.3 but I hope you guys can check if it's small bug or issue with backup restoration especially if the backup file is quite big

            fyi, i made the restoration succesfully too with Nextcloud backup with file size 50GB backup file with the same method using rclone first

                @firmansi You can change the memory limit in a couple of places:

                • The service (mysql) in Services -> MySQL . Bump the limit there
                • The app's memory limit . App -> Resources.
