    Hello everyone,

what is the "best practice" for utilizing subdomains on a LAMP web server? By default, the web server listens on domain.com and www.domain.com.

Now, I want to set up an additional subdomain that points to a specific directory.

    Thank you.

@CRBear You can set up alias (sub)domains in the LAMP App and then use a .htaccess file to route them to a particular directory.

To add to @ccfu , you can alternately also configure apache - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/lamp/#apache-settings (after adding the alias subdomain)

Thank you. Does anyone have a template for me? It always ends up in a loop for me.

@CRBear Screenshot of your App Location Settings may help everyone to understand what you have so far, to then help with what you're doing within the LAMP app.
