Import previous emails

Is there any way to make previous e-mails visible in Freescout? Like when I don't create a new account, but move from another program?
That is really the only functionality I am missing right now.I tried adding the respective folder under "connection settings → IMAP folders", but that setting doesn't seem to do anything.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification). You'll also be able to save bookmarks and upvote posts to show your appreciation to other community members.
