Bambu Studio Bambu Studio is an open-source, cutting-edge, feature-rich slicing software. It contains project-based workflows, systematically optimized slicing algorithms, and an easy-to-use graphical interface, bringing users an incredibly smooth printing experience

I was not aware that there is a hosted slicer app.
As the 3d printer is obviously local, it kinds makes sense for the slicing software to be local desktop also.
It might be interesting if it can be hosted, but it might only support Bambu printers (sorry not checked). It would be helpful if it could handle slicing for other printer brands (e.g. Creality). So self-hosted slicing may not be high priority.
I've used desktop OpenSCAD for design, and dabbled with online OpenSCAD, but not been able to package it yet. FWIW, I prefer the "programmatic" process compared to e.g. Blender. -
People in this space might be interested in wikifactory.com which a friend of mine started (I think he's the CTO these days)
